Saw the National and Local Natives on Tuesday. Then, Bon Iver on Friday. It’s been a fantastic week. Wow. Bon Iver was one of the best things I’ve ever seen. I’ve listened to all those songs countless times, and to see them performed for the first time, and with such passion, was inspiring. I’ve never felt so entranced by a live performance. I teared up multiple times.
One more full week of teaching, a christmas party, then a weekend with friends. And finally, home to New York for two weeks. I couldn’t be more excited. I’m going to take so many baths and read so many books and drink so many cups of hot chocolate in front of the fireplace.
